TIBURON BAY HOUSE
The stated objective in the design of the Tiburon Bay House was to maximize energy efficiency. The project exceeded its aim, achieving LEED Platinum status. Bonelli assisted by providing argon-filled dual glazed windows utilizing high performance solar ban 70XL low emissivity glass to reduce the solar heat gain by 65%.
