James is the Design + Manufacturing Engineering Lead at Bonelli and oversees all things nerdy including design, development, manufacturing, production, equipment procurement and maintenance, and constant improvement. James has been in the fenestration industry in some capacity or another since finishing school in 2017. He has extensive experience developing, testing and manufacturing thermally broken aluminum doors and windows.
He has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Arizona State University. His prior experience in the fenestration industry also allowed him to be named as an inventor on multiple patents.
James has a passion for achieving results, creative problem solving, and engaging a team around a greater goal. He is lighthearted and performs well under pressure – at Bonelli he wears many hats, but he always tries to be smiling and laughing under that hat.
He was born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago and has lived in Tempe, AZ since 2013. He enjoys all things outdoors and active and enjoys challenging himself in all aspects of life, sometimes to his dismay.
